DIY Pillow with knitted celling – DIY Almohada con tejado tejido
When Handbox and Hofmann challenged me to do a deco DIY for my home, I spent days browsing Hofmann products to think what could I create different.

I chose to print 8 pictures of Luisa on a pillow and occur to me that I could knit a roof and make a house. I inspire myself on Amsterdam cropped roofs.
Elegí imprimir 8 fotos de Luisa en una almohada y tejer el tejado para hacerle una casita para decorar su habitación. Me inspiré en los tejados de las casitas de Amsterdam que me tienen enamorada.

With grey t-shirt yarn cast on 35 stitches on 12mm needles.
Con trapillo gris monta 35 puntos en agujas de 12 mm.
First row knit 35 stitches and keep going using stockinette stitch for 3 rows more.
Teje la primera carrera usando el punto del derecho. Sigue en punto jersey por 3 carreras más.
Row 5: *knit 4 stitches and then change to white, knit one and then change again to grey for more stitches, change to pink and knit one* repeat * until end of the row.

Cast off all the stitches.
Cierra todos los puntos
Make two of the knitting roofs (I made the back one without the heart pattern, plain grey)
then with a crochet needle sew together the two roofs.
Haz dos tejados de punto ( el segundo lo hice sencillo todo gris sin los corazones) y con una aguja de ganchillo cose juntos los dós.
